With more than 24 years of full-time experience, I focus on strategy, not just putting a home on the market.
I help sellers understand how to price and position their property realistically based on buyer demand, location, and current market conditions — especially important in our area, where the buyer pool can be limited.
I bring experience from both large and rural markets, along with hands-on experience in lakefront and luxury properties, which allows me to combine proven pricing and marketing strategies with a strong understanding of how homes in our area sell.
I also have extensive experience with a wide range of property types, including multi-unit investments, income-producing properties, estate sales, and rural homes. Anticipating potential challenges early helps avoid surprises later in the transaction.
Just as important, I believe in being direct while still compassionate. Selling a home is often emotional, and my role is to provide honest guidance while making sure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
